Sika® Release Oil 5L is a premium, ready-to-use formwork release agent designed for efficient application across a wide range of concrete works. Suitable for use by spray, brush or roller, it provides reliable coverage and consistent performance on all common mould and shutter surfaces.

Engineered to ensure easy separation of formwork from hardened concrete, this high-quality release oil delivers a smooth, uniform finish while significantly reducing blow holes and surface imperfections. Its excellent adhesion to vertical mould surfaces and self-levelling properties make it ideal for use on complex and textured formwork.

Compatible with materials such as wood, metal, polypropylene, ABS, polyurethane and other plastics, it is suitable for both pre-cast and in-situ concrete applications. It can also be used on heated formwork up to 70°C without compromising performance.
