Delivery Services

We use APC Overnight, DPD Local and DX for most deliveries. A signature is usually required, but parcels can be left in a safe place at your own risk if requested during checkout.

⚠️ IMPORTANT – Construction Site Deliveries

A large number of our deliveries go to construction sites, so it’s essential that you provide complete and accurate information when placing your order.

Please include:

Site contact name
Mobile phone number
Company/site name
Clear delivery instructions (e.g. gate access, safe drop location, opening times)
What3Words location (highly recommended for precise delivery)

👉 A What3Words address helps drivers pinpoint your exact location on site and can significantly reduce delays or failed deliveries.

👉 Missing or unclear information may result in delivery delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges.

Drivers may attempt to call the contact on arrival if needed, but this is not guaranteed, so accurate details are extremely important.

UK Delivery (Mainland England, Wales & parts of Scotland)

Orders placed before 3pm are usually dispatched for next business day delivery (subject to stock availability). If an item is out of stock, we’ll contact you with options.
